One thing I’m struggling with ATM is that although I’m happy with the featured images I’ve made the thumbnails are cropped to the middle and just looks bad (half a persons head etc). Is there any way to customise the thumbnail or any advice on this?

I’m not sure I understand how to set these image sizes to get consistency.
